ORA Great Seal

Origin and Record Authority (ORA) is the sovereign institutional framework governing the constitution, jurisdiction, and integrity of issued works and records produced under transcription protocol by Abdushakur. The Authority establishes the conditions under which a work may be formally recognized as a record of origin, defines the administrative structure through which issuance and registration occur, and maintains the systematic architecture of record classification, custody, and continuity.ORA does not curate, interpret, promote, or manage reception of works. Its function is jurisdictional, not aesthetic or critical.
